We are a dedicated gluten-free bakery, with an emphasis on health and safety. Feel at ease to enjoy our delectable creations! We use Kerrygold® butter and avocado oil instead of seed oils and soy. Our baked goods are made with organic gluten-free flour unless otherwise noted with an asterisk (*), which indicates the use of King Arthur Gluten-Free 1:1 flour.
